EES\u2019s prime objectives are its consolidation and further development of its presence and competitiveness on the market.<\/p>\n

EES aims at establishing itself as a customer-oriented company with high expectations and elevated conformity to the current laws and regulation. The quality of the global service being offered represents the most important strategic asset for our success in the context of our industrial sector.<\/p>\n

It is therefore necessary to pursue excellence in each of our company\u2019s core activity and in every single process in order to build a constructive and rewarding bound among those who aim for a bright future of our company: from the executive management to our staff, from our suppliers to our customers.<\/p>\n

In terms of human resources, our company strives to obtain high levels of professional qualification, responsibility at all levels and motivation. In sum, a healthy, positive, proactive and collaborative business environment is the best premise in order to embrace continuous improvement strategies, enhance competitiveness and customer satisfaction while, at the same time, strengthening economic and environmental performance.<\/p>\n

EES, after conducting an in-depth analysis of the trends characterizing the defined indicators for the Quality Management Monitoring System has set the following objectives:<\/p>\n<\/div>

    Implement as early as possible and Integrated System of Quality and Environmental Management in conformance with the UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 regulations<\/div><\/li>

    Maintain its position on the market, consolidating customer relationship through an attentive monitoring of their satisfaction<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Increment its revenues every year<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Improve its business infrastructures through the acquisition of new machinery and the expansion of the current warehouse<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Foster excellent working conditions for our staff<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Maintain our solid relationship with our suppliers, paying attention to their environmental management<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Continuously upgrade our processes and infrastructures to meet the requirements of current regulations<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Ensure cooperation with public authorities when required<\/div><\/li>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    Evaluate in advance the environmental impact of new processes and of modification of existing structures<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    Quality is at the core of our strategic company values and in line with this choice, every stakeholder of the company has to become integral part of the system. EES requires their proactive contribution in order to strive for a continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

    The present declaration constitutes a formal act by which the management of EES announces its determination and confirms its commitment to define strategies, allocate the required resources, sustain organizational efforts and verify the acceptability of the quality results in line with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>
